The snow has melted again and we are looking forward to spring. Mark and I have signed up for the Lose to Win program on the base. We started the year out with a whole new attitude about working out and weight loss. Time to get serious. I have discovered Aqua Jogging and it is AWESOME. You are in the deep end of the pool and wear a floatation device around your waist and jog back and forth in the pool. There are many different movements you can do to work different muscles. I will eventually use something for more resistance in the water but for now I am getting a great workout! So far Mark has lost over 10 pounds and I am at about 5 pounds. So far so good taking baby steps.
